Returns:

       All returns must have a RGA number (Returned Goods Authorization). Product returned without a RGA will be refused. RGA's are good for 30 days from the date of issuance. Every package must be clearly marked with a RGA Number. No returns on special order, clearance or discontinued items. Returned product is subject to a 15% Re-Box / Re-Stocking fee. Product must be properly packaged to prevent shipping damage. All returned product must be shipped prepaid by the shipper. Returns must be in 100% re-sellable condition, not used and or installed, otherwise the refund will be modified according to the repair and re-finish cost.
